Refund policy

The Offer Clarity Sprint is a one-time written review. Portal access lasts 90 days so you can submit materials and receive the brief.

If we have not confirmed your brief yet, ask in the Client Portal and we will refund the purchase.

Once the written review is delivered, the work is complete and the payment is not refundable. If we miss the 5 business day delivery window after confirming the brief, you may request a refund in the portal.

This policy does not replace any buyer protections that apply through Whop checkout.
